If you are looking to enroll in one of our current upcoming classes, please visit the store page to purchase one of the schools.

Please fill out this form and send it in to us by clicking "submit" below.  We will be contacting you about registering for our upcoming classes.  Once we confirm a class date with you, we'll send you our waiver via email; print it out and send it in to the address on the form with the class amount due in full to secure a spot in our classes. 

Any cancellations without proof of medical release or injury must be done 5 days prior to the date of the school entered. Without proof, your deposit is non-refundable or will be transferred to a later date.
